Mom vote could be deciding factor in crucial swing state with presidential election at stake
Phoenix, AZ – Moms For America Action, a nationwide network of over half a million moms fighting for faith, family, and freedom, is hosting a “Walkathon” in Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday to mobilize the mom vote for the 2024 elections.
“Arizona will be one of six states with the potential to singlehandedly decide the outcome of the 2024 presidential election, and the outcome of Arizona’s Senate race could very well determine which party control the U.S. Senate,” said MFA Action Executive Director Vanessa Faura. “Arizona moms have a tremendous opportunity to make their voices heard and help shape the future of this country for their children.”
The Walkathon will begin at 11:00 a.m. MT on Saturday at Rivers Church. Participants will undergo a brief training session, then split into two groups – one to conduct door-to-door canvassing and one to do phone banking. Together, they’ll encourage Arizona moms to vote their values of faith, family, and freedom.
“Moms have a unique perspective on elections. We’re not just considering the next four years, but the next 40 years and beyond,” said Kimberly Fletcher, founder and president of Moms For America. “As moms, we want our kids to grow up in a country that protects their freedoms, guarantees their security, and respects their values. One of the most important things we can do to make that a reality is to get out and vote.”
